Together with developers 'APT Properties’, Paulsen & Nilsen have renovated this 170m2 apartment in a 1920’s building in the heart of Oslo. We completely redesigned the space allowing for two bathrooms, three bedrooms and open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces. With custom joinery and bespoke solutions throughout, we have maximised storage without overfilling the space.
The detailing is traditional in order to compliment the old building while the planning now allows for the comforts of contemporary family living.
Marble detailing in the bathroom, steel and glass doors, a custom kitchen and fireplace, detailed herringbone flooring - all elements that add extra value and make this apartment unique. A quick turnaround, firm budget and use of a neutral palette were key elements of the brief. The apartment was sold quickly after being put on the market.
The apartment has been styled by M Boligstyling.
